As part of the services available on our Platform, we offer Users the opportunity to participate in free contests for cash prizes (each a “Contest”).
Before you enter any Contest on our Platform, it is important that you read these Game Rules carefully, because they apply to each Contest that you enter through our Platform. By entering a Contest, you accept and agree to abide by these Game Rules and all other terms and conditions referred to in the Terms and Conditions..
Any defined terms that we use in these Game Rules will have the meaning given to them.
We may make changes to the Game Rules from time to time. We will always try to give you advance notice of any upcoming changes to these Game Rules by posting the new version on the Platform at least 10 days before the changes take effect. However, this might not always be possible, for instance if the changes are required in order to comply with a change in law or regulations or in response to a complaint or claim from a third party. The updated Game Rules will take effect from the date specified in them, and they will be binding on you from the first time that you use the Platform after that date. The new rules will apply to all new Contests that you participate in but they will not apply to any live Contests that you have already entered. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly to take notice of any changes we make, and you agree to do so. If you do not agree with any changes or additions we make, do not continue using the Platform.
Contest Format
There will be five fixtures comprising a round ("round").
To participate in a round you must submit your predictions before the start of the first game in each round.
Each round in the Betensured Fantasy closes at the kick-off time of the first fixture of each round. The list of fixtures and kick off times for each round can be viewed at the Betensured Website (Betensured.com). Once the competition has closed, entrants cannot change their predictions. In order to enter the Promotion, players must predict the respective event for all five Betensured Fantasy fixtures identified for the relevant round and make a prediction of the Tiebreaker question.
The “Tiebreaker” Trivia is the usually the last question in every round. Players are expected to predict the minute of a goal in a match. It is used to determine the finishing places for the leader board and could determine the winner(s) of the jackpot and weekly guaranteed cash prize.
When two (2) or more people score the same number of points, the prize will be split equally amongst these players. For clarity, the timings of goals scored will be recorded as follows: 0-59 seconds = 1st minute, 1m00s – 1m59s = 2nd minute, 2m00s – 2m59s = 3rd minute and so on. If your prediction is the 8th minute, then you will be looking for the goal to be scored between 7m00 – 7m59s.
if any fixture within a Betensured Fantasy round is postponed, abandoned or not completed (where less than 90-minutes is played) the fixture will be considered void.

The Betensured Fantasy usually start from every fridays to every sundays
Scoring Points
You will receive one point for every correct prediction on the Betensured Fantasy after 90 minutes play plus any official injury time.
You will receive five points if you correctly predict all the five fixtures on the Betensured Fantasy. (one point per fixture)
You will receive zero points for each Betensured Fantasy fixture where you do not predict either the correct score or the match result.
The maximum number of points that you can score per Betensured Fantasy fixture is one point.
The maximum number of points that you can score in a round of 5 Betensured Fantasy fixtures is 5 points.
We may obtain the score feed and other information required for the computation and tabulation of points from third party service provider(s) and/or the official website of the relevant soccer league/federation. In the rare event that any error in the computation or tabulation of points, selection of winners or the abandonment of a Contest as a result of inaccuracies in or incompleteness of the feed provided by the third party service provider and/or official website of the match organizer comes to our attention, we shall use all reasonable endeavors to rectify such error before we distribute any prizes.
You understand that we rely on the accuracy and completeness of such third party score/statistic feeds and do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy thereof and, in any event, shall take no responsibility for inaccuracies in computation and tabulation of points or the selection of winners as a result of any inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third party service provider. You agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against us in this respect.
Viewing Your Points
After each round you will be able to see your position on the leaderboard which can be accessed via the menu of Betensured.com. From here you can tab between the leaderboard for the previous round(s) and the leaderboard for the season-to-date.
To see a breakdown of your predictions for each round, simply go to the game page and select the ‘round’ title, from here you will see a menu of all previous rounds in the season and a summary of your performance in each.
Fixture scores and minute of first goal used are as published by Livescore.com. This data will be used to determine leader board positions and winners of all prizes. Any goals scored in injury time will be recorded as 45min for the first half and 90min for the second half of the fixture. The timing of goals scored will be recorded as follows: 0 - 59 seconds = 1st minute, 1m00s - 1m59s = 2nd minute and so on. For example, if you select minute 6 for the Tiebreaker then this will apply where the first goal is scored between 5m00s - 5m59s; If there are no goals in any of the games then the correct answer will be deemed to be 0 or ‘no-goal’.
Condition(s) To Win The Grand Prize
Players must have been active (Minimum of 6 - Month(s) into the season) on the Betensured+ Plan from the beginning of the season to be eligible for the season grand prize of $5,000.
Player subscription after the kickoff of the first fantasy match does not gives the eligibility to win the cash prize for each round.
Winners and Prizes
There is a jackpot of $150 which can be won in every round and the prize is awarded to the player who correctly predicts the outlined events in all five Betensured Fantasy fixtures. The player must be a Betensured+ member to be eligible for the prize. A non Betensured+ player who has successfully predicted all five Betensured Fantasy fixtures is only entitled to the grand prize of $20. If in a given round there are 2 or more players with the same points total, the prize will be split equally amongst these players.
There is also a grand prize of $20 to be won in every round and the prize is awarded to the player who correctly predicts the score in four out of the five Betensured Fantasy fixtures. The player must be a Betensured+ member to be eligible for the prize. A non Betensured+ player who has successfully predicted four of the five Betensured Fantasy fixtures will not be entitled to any prize. If in a given round there are 2 or more players with the same points total, the prize will be split equally amongst these players.
From time to time we may offer specific guaranteed Jackpot rounds (or other additional prizes or specials) in accordance with terms which will be notified to players in advance. In the event of a guaranteed Jackpot round, the Jackpot is guaranteed to be won by the player that scores the most points within that specific round. If there are 2 or more players with the same points total, the guaranteed Jackpot prize will be won by the player whose Tiebreaker prediction is closest to the actual minute of the first goal. If two or more players have the same highest points total and their Tiebreaker predictions are equally close to the actual minute of the first goal, the Jackpot prize will be split equally amongst those players. Where there is a guaranteed Jackpot round there will be no additional Weekly Guaranteed Prize payable for that round.
Prizes will not be offered to players who (i) are based in countries from which Betensured Fantasy does not accept entries; or (ii) have had an account suspended or closed by Betensured for any reason.
There is no cash alternative for any non-cash prizes and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
Additional prizes and/or specials may be introduced during the Promotion at the discretion of the Promoter. These will be in addition to the prizes outlined above. In the event that additional prizes are introduced, the Promoter will publish and notify players of any additional terms and conditions as may be applicable.
Prizes will only be awarded if a Contest is run. We reserve the right to cancel Contests at any time.
You will not be eligible to win a prize and we may disqualify you from the Contest if (a) we reasonably believe you have entered on behalf of any other User (b) you do not meet, or you cease to meet, the eligibility criteria specified in the Terms and Conditions or (c) you have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
Winners will be responsible for paying all taxes or other charges or levies payable in respect of prizes that they receive, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc.
We may publish a list of winners on the Platform and you acknowledge and agree that we may use your name and any likeness/photograph that you have uploaded to your Account on the Platform for this purpose. In case of discrepancy between this document and the Betensured Fantasy End User License Agreement the provisions of this Games Rules document will prevail.
